ACC WOMEN Proverbs 31: 10, 29- 31 “Who can find a virtuous wife? For her worth is far above rubies… Many daughters have done well but you excel them all. Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing but a woman who fears the lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruits of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates.” Proverbs 14: 1 “A wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands.” Women are to submit to their own husbands as the head of their families. They are to become leaders and teachers to the younger women in the church. Ark of Covenant Church advocates women to be assertive in ministry, yet feminine, virtuous and industrious without giving in to the spirit of control and manipulation. Women are free to minister without titles to the flock. Our womens ministry seeks to empower women physically, socially and spiritually. Women are encouraged to become active partners of the ministry by building relationships with one another. Some of their activities include: prayer & intercession, outreach & social responsibility projects, teaching, evangelism, women’c conferences and hospitality.
